Rudrabhishek creates positive energy and removes negativity. This Puja is performed for inner peace and contentment. Nature rejoices wherever Rudrabishek is performed. Vaidic scriptures recommended Rudra Puja to get rid of the miseries, fulfillment of desires and for prosperity; astrologers also advice Rudra Puja emphatically to remove the malefic effects of planets.
