General Guidelines for Puja

Timeliness:

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled Puja time to ensure everything begins promptly. Timely arrival helps us maintain the proper sequence of rituals.

If you are delayed, we will proceed with the puja on your behalf using the registered details. Your presence is valued, and we appreciate your understanding.

We look forward to being with you on this special occasion.

Dress Code:

Please wear traditional and modest attire that is appropriate for spiritual ceremonies. Your cooperation helps maintain the sanctity of the occasion.

Access and Entry:

Entry is limited to the number of guests specified during the Puja booking. We appreciate your adherence to this guideline.

Online Mode:

For online Pujas, the ceremony will be conducted via the Zoom app. We will share the Zoom link and details with you 1 day prior to the scheduled date.

Cancellation or Reschedule Policy:

• Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your Puja, please inform us at least 2 days in advance. Once a Pandit has been assigned, rescheduling may not be possible.
• Cancellation: Please note that cancellations are not permitted after the payment has been processed. We appreciate your understanding.

The date, timings, venue, and personal attendance preferences are subject to change. We kindly request your understanding in case of any adjustments.
