WHY DO RUDRA PUJA? The world is a play of energy, both negative and positive. When we pray to Lord Shiva – the Lord of transformation - the negative energy in the form of disease, depression, and unhappiness gets transformed into peace, prosperity, and joy. Then peace is bestowed on all three levels - the body, mind, and soul.

Rudra Puja is an ancient practice followed in India from time immemorial. ‘Rudra’ means ‘Shiva - the Benevolent\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\', \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'the Destroyer of Evil\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\', and \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'Puja\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' means that which is born out of fullness. Rudrabhishek creates positive energy and removes negativity. This Puja is performed for inner peace and contentment. Nature rejoices wherever Rudrabishek is performed. Vaidic scriptures recommended Rudra Puja to get rid of the miseries, fulfillment of desires, and prosperity; astrologers also advised Rudra Puja emphatically to remove the malefic effects of planets.
