Lakshmi Puja is a central Diwali ritual where families worship Goddess Lakshmi to invite wealth, prosperity, and good fortune into their homes.

During the puja, homes are cleaned, decorated with diyas (oil lamps) and rangoli, and the goddess is offered sweets, fruits, and prayers. The ritual, performed on the new moon (Amavasya) night of Diwali, symbolizes gratitude, spiritual renewal, and the aspiration for financial and personal well-being.
