Kal means that death and Sarpa means snake. The person born under Kal Sarpa Yog passes through sufferings and agonies throughout the life. As Rudra is also the Lord of Snakes. By doing Rudrabhishek on the day of its Nag Panchami, the person can reduce the Kaal Sarp upto very much extent. Rudra Pooja is an ancient practice followed in India since time immemorial. ‘Rudra’ means ‘Shiva - the Benevolent the Destroyer of Evil\\\'. \\\'Pooja means that which is born out of fullness.
