Vara Mahalakshmi Puja is performed to appease the goddess Lakshmi, the consort of Lord Vishnu on the friday which falls before the full moon in the month of Shravana. This puja is performed by married women to invoke the blessings of the Goddess for the well being of all the family members, especially the husband and to be blessed with progeny, wealth, food, long life, success, health and prosperity.

Sankalpa participants of Samuhik Puja/Homa can attend physically at Bangalore Ashram. If you choose Attending Personally option as NO then our pandit ji will take sankalpa on your behalf.
