This year we are celebrating the auspicious occasion of Param Pujya Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar\'s 70th Birthday on 13th May 2026. VDS team Delhi NCR is organising Sudarshan Homas with heartfelt gratitude, devotion and prayers. The vibrations created by the Homa have a profound effect on the atmosphere and surroundings. All homas are performed with an intention of universal happiness and peace: “lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu, Om shanti shanti shanti”, which means ‘may everyone be happy, may there be peace everywhere’. Apart from this, every specific homa will have a specific effect or benefits, depending on the type of energy the homa invokes and enhances (the ‘devata’ or divinity invoked). Sudarshana Homa Removes negative vibrations & keeps them at a distance bringing peace protection and divine grace. The homa creates a powerful shield of positivity, purifies the environment and uplifts consciousness.
